ABOUT BALLETIQ
Developing the Dancer of Tomorrow.
Classical foundation. Modern approach.

Balletiq is a modern Dance Academy built on a strong foundation of classical ballet and a comprehensive approach to dance education.

We believe children should not have to choose between ballet, dance and physical development. Our programme brings these elements together, allowing young dancers to develop a wide range of physical, creative and artistic skills within one carefully designed training approach.

Classical ballet remains at the heart of our teaching, complemented by dance and choreography, flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, musicality, artistry and elements of basic gymnastics.

Our goal is to develop versatile, strong and expressive young dancers through a dynamic approach to training.
WHY CHOOSE BALLETIQ?
Physical Preparation Through Dance
  • Professional Classical Training
Our teaching is rooted in the Vaganova tradition of classical ballet, providing children with a strong technical foundation from the very beginning.
  • Small Groups, Individual Attention
With around 6 students and a maximum of 8 per group, every child receives personal guidance and attention throughout the class.
  • Complete Development
Rather than specialising too narrowly, children develop ballet technique alongside dance, choreography, physical preparation and creative skills — all within one programme.
  • From First Steps to New Beginnings
Children can begin their dance journey from age 3, while adults can discover the joy of ballet at any age.
Adult Ballet • Fitness Ballet • Stretching
OUR APPROACH
Building strong foundations through thoughtful, varied and progressive training.
Strong Classical Technique
We build ballet technique progressively, with careful attention to alignment, musicality, coordination and correct execution. Each stage of training is designed to create strong, confident foundations for future development.
Physical Development
Stretching, flexibility, strength, balance, coordination and basic gymnastics elements are incorporated into training. Together, they help children develop a strong, flexible and well-prepared body for dance.
Variety, Creativity & Expression
Alongside structured ballet training, children explore dance and choreography through varied movement and musicality. This helps develop artistry, creativity, confidence and the ability to express themselves through dance.
